My experience includes classroom and online instruction, curriculum design and development, online faculty mentoring, involvement in institutional committees, and leadership within my discipline. I am also an experienced website designer and technology specialist, specializing in the use of technology in the curriculum design process.


Rio Salado College: 2019 – Present

Instructional Designer (Full-Time)

Manage course development projects from inception through completion, working with Faculty and Subject-Matter Experts to create course content for new and revised college courses. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Instructional Design direction for Faculty, developers, media, and production.
  • Manage the Instructional Design Process from beginning to end.
  • Provide input on the strategic direction of the department.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders attached to instructional development, design, and production.
  • Work collaboratively with other members in the department.
  • Align course materials to course competencies to ensure solid academic curriculum design.
